April Sustainable Saturday in Honiton

The next Sustainable Saturday event is on Saturday April 6th 2013 at the Mackarness Hall in Honiton, Devon. These monthly events are run by a small group under the umbrella of Transition Town Honiton and this is the 4th one we’ve run this year. Click here to see some pics from our February event. We open at 9am and are there until 12 midday. It’s free to come in and there are refreshments and home made cakes. Lots of stalls, a clothes swap, Waste Not Want Not, local charities and organisations and a tombola!

We do need volunteers to put on these events and giving just one hour of your time one Saturday a month would really help us. Please email sdpavey@gmail.com

  1. Just wanted to wish you good luck for your Sustainable Saturday Event on Saturday this week – Honiton has many memories for me from years ago _I’m sure it will be a great success, and those that follow too. Incidentally Dave Rafferty is one of my nephews, and I’m sure I will get feedback from him.

  2. Thanks Jean – weather forecast for Sat is another beautiful sunny spring day in Honiton so we’re expecting lots of people & Dave is one of the organisers so has to be there bright and early at 7am :)
